The NetTimers control is a set of timers that expand on the timer control supplied with Visual Studio .net. Three more timers which operate exactly as the Microsoft Visual Studio Timer(milliseconds), but the timers in NetTimers are in seconds, minutes and hours.
The NetTimers also provides more information than the timer supplied with Microsoft Visual Studio. The Value property reports the time that has elapsed for a timer. Example: A minute timer with interval set to 10, will report a value of 5 for the Value property when 5 minutes have elapsed since the timer was enabled. The value property may be changed by the program, perfect for an in-activity timer.
The Wait control adds the ability to hold your program in a set position for set period, while allowing other events to continue to operate. Example: Wait control can be used to hold the program while a user performs an action, or while another program starts or stops.
The SWatch control adds Stopwatch functionality to your application. This control reports how long has past since it was started and how long between the last start and stop times. The Start and Stop times can be accessed for logging operations, and the control reports when it is timing.

The NetTimers.dll may only be distributed with the associated help file and readme file, unless you distribute the NetTimers.dll as part of an application.
GRANT OF LICENCE - This control is free to use in any non-commercial application. If you wish to use this control as part of a commercial product you must pay royalties to the owner April16. The NetTimers.dll software may not be used as part of any commercial application or project without paying the one off fee. The fee must be paid before you can supply the NetTimers.dll as part of your commercial application or project royalty free. The one off royalty fee is due if the NetTimers.dll is supplied as part of a suite of software that is charged for. The fee must be paid if the NetTimers.dll is used as part of an ActiveX. The one off fee entitles the Licencee to a non exclusive, world wide, perpetual licence to use the NetTimers.dll, which may not be sub-licenced or assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of April16.
OWNERSHIP - The NetTimers.dll source is owned by April16, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat NetTimers like any other copyrighted material (i.e. a book or musical recording).
OTHER RESTRICTIONS - You may not rent or lease the NetTimers.dll. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble NetTimers.dll. The author will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the NetTimers.dll, see the Disclaimer. Failure to observe these restrictions will result in the immediate termination of the licence.
